If you want to search our entire Multiple List Service (MLS) for properties for sale, John has provided a search page for your convenience.  Please call if you need any assistance in doing your search of the Prescott area.  John can also provide information on properties in Ash Fork and Seligman.

See John's Google Maps page showing locations of featured properties for sale.  If you are not familiar with Google Maps, this is your chance to see what Google can do!  Note that this map can be scaled up or down and that it has all but the newest roads on it.  If you (left) click on the map, you can drag the map (pan)around to follow roads or look at other areas.  There is also a provision for seeing satellite photos there.  The satellite photos are good enough that you can see cars and trees in them.

John has also created a market summary for the Prescott area. As with the map above, click on the small picture to get a plot. This chart shows graphically that each month around twice as many homes are coming onto the market than are being sold. This will result in an accumulation of homes for sale. Consequently, homes will take longer to sell and our market will soften and prices level off or maybe even decrease.  If you want more specific analysis done, please call John and ask for it.

John has also made Sales Histories for several subdivisions. Click on the chart to see John Mosier's Sales Statistics web page. These use different symbols to isolate specific kinds of homes or specific subdivisions.  These are "normalized" and plotted as $ per square foot.  There is a lot of scatter in the values, even for the same type of house in the same neighborhood.  This is due to the wide variation in features and ages of the homes, as well as the degree in which individual homes are maintained.  If you do not see the subdivision in which you have interest, please call John Mosier and ask for the information.  Specifically, the charts can be seen by clicking on the subdivision name: Forest Highlands, Hidden Valley Ranch, or Haisley Homestead.
